Opportunity
Ahaus is seeking a Service Controls Engineer. The right candidate will install, start up, light debug, and commission automated equipment and control systems 

Duties, Responsibilities & Information

- Work with a team of engineers and assembly personnel to learn processes, programming, and function of automated equipment
- Design electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
- Program PLC and data collection systems
- Program robots
- Provide safe and efficient designs
- Keep up to date with the latest standards and requirements
- Modifications to robot programs
- Premium pay while on service calls
- Travel to customer facilities

Training & Experience Required
- AutoCAD experience
- Circuit design experience a plus
- Knowledge of safety circuits
- Experience with programming and debug of robots, servo motors, PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, etc.
- Automation Control System Experience
- 3-5 Years of Automation Controls Program and Debug Experience
- Two year technical/engineering degree required
- Four year technical/engineering degree preferred
